 These reflections have been tailored to begin a conversation that you can continue in a group context, or use in personal contemplation. These are all available at the bottom of this page.

You may partake on this journey in any setting, structure and time frame that suits your circumstance. Though there is a natural flow between sessions, each may be used independently. This means that in group settings, newcomers can join at any time.

The Way
